Milk Powder (Kiwi Ice Cream)

For Kiwi Flavoring

  1. 2 cups peeled and chopped kiwi
  2. 4 tbsp sugar

For Ice-cream

  1. 1cup milk powder
  2. 2 cups milk
  3. 1/2 cup sugar
  4. 1 cup fresh cream

  1. Put milk and sugar to boil in a pan and simmer till the sugar has dissolved.
  2. Remove from the fire, add the milk powder and whisk well. Cool completely.
  3. Add cream and mix well.
  4. Pour into shallow containers, cover and freeze till slushy.
  5. Now for kiwi flavoring, separately combine all the ingredients with ΒΌ cup of water and simmer till the kiwis are soft. Cool completely.
  6. Transfer the ice-cream to a blender and blend till it is smooth and creamy.
  7. Add the kiwi flavoring and mix well.
  8. Freeze until firm. Scoop and serve.
