Vegetable Raita Preparing time - 10 mins Servings- 4

  1. 3cups Curd
  2. 1Carrot, grated
  3. 1Cucumber, chopped in small cubes
  4. 1small Onion, finely chopped
  5. ½cup fresh coriander, finely chopped
  6. ¼ tsp black salt
  7. Salt to taste
  8. ½tbsp Sugar
  9. ½tsp Jeera, roasted and powdered
  10. ½tsp Black Pepper powder

  1. Beat curd until smooth. Now add all the seasonings (black salt, salt, sugar, black pepper, jeera) and mix thoroughly.
  2. Check if seasoning is as per your requirement; add if anything needs to be added.
  3. Now add carrot, cucumber, onion and coriander, again mix properly.
  4. Put raita in refrigerator to chill.
  5. Garnish with some coriander leaves and serve fresh and refreshing Vegetable raita.
